By accessing or using Panthir AI ("the Service"), operated by Panthir AI, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a law firm or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Panthir AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service designed for law firms. The Service includes automated call answering, SMS response handling, lead qualification, conflict-of-interest checking, and a real-time attorney dashboard. The Service operates 24/7 to ensure every call and text message is handled promptly and professionally.

3. SMS/Messaging Terms

Panthir AI sends and receives SMS and text messages on behalf of subscribing law firms as part of its receptionist service. By using or interacting with the Service via SMS, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: By providing your phone number to a Panthir AI-enabled law firm, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and informational messages.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the firm.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Opt-In: You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START to the same number.
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@panthir.ai.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Panthir AI is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
  • Supported Carriers: The Service supports all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data processed through Panthir AI, including call recordings, transcripts, client information, and any documents uploaded to the Service. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf. All client data is stored in firm-specific, isolated environments. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

To deliver the Service, we utilize third-party providers for specific functions including speech-to-text transcription, text-to-speech synthesis, telephony infrastructure, and cloud hosting. These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with our data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to any third party. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panthir AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@panthir.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for thirty (30) days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
