  • SMS Data: Text message content, phone numbers, and timestamps for messages sent and received through the Service.
  • Lead and Client Information: Information provided by callers and contacts during interactions, including names, contact details, and case-related information.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard, features used, and service configuration preferences.
  • Waitlist Submissions: Email address and optional feedback provided through our waitlist form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the AI receptionist service, including call answering, SMS handling, lead qualification, and conflict checking.
  • Process and display call data, transcripts, and lead information in your real-time dashboard.
  • Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models and service quality.
  • Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support inquiries.
  • Process billing and subscription management.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

To deliver our Service, we share certain data with third-party service providers who act as data processors on our behalf. These include providers of speech-to-text transcription, text-to-speech synthesis, telephony infrastructure, cloud computing, and data storage. These providers are contractually obligated to process your data only as instructed by us and to maintain appropriate security measures. 4. SMS Privacy

When Panthir AI sends or receives SMS messages on behalf of a subscribing law firm:

  • Message content and phone numbers are stored securely in the firm's isolated database environment.
  • SMS data is processed through our telephony provider for message delivery only.
  • You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • We do not share SMS content with any party other than the subscribing law firm and the telephony provider necessary for delivery.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Each law firm receives a dedicated, isolated database — your client data never touches another firm's environment. We employ encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud platforms with SOC 2 compliance. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your subscription plan and configuration settings. Upon account termination, your data is available for export for thirty (30) days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems, including all backups, within ninety (90) days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
